- The Completion Time and Service Analytics tools are for tracking completed orders based on daily data — not for public display purposes.
- Always secure approval from the site owner before placing any order.
- Orders with wrong links, private accounts, or hidden profiles are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
- Once funds are credited to your account, no refunds will be issued.
- When adding funds, you must send a clear receipt with your profile picture. No receipt = no fund credit.
- Disrespectful API resellers or boosters will have their accounts suspended without notice.
- Cancellations can be requested only after 3 days from the time you placed your order.
- Refill requests may take 5–7 days or more. Rush requests are not accepted.
- During peak times, processing speed may vary.
- Quantities must be in multiples of 100, 200, 500, 1000, etc.
- Double-check your link format before submitting an order.
- Do not place multiple orders for the same link until the first one is completed — duplicate orders will not be refunded.
- If an order is canceled or partially completed, the refund will be credited to your account balance (not sent back to GCash).
- Refill requests will not be honored if:
- The drop is below the starting count.
- The drop is within the service’s stated drop rate.
- If your chosen service has no refill guarantee, we are not responsible for drops and will not issue a refill or refund.
- Service speed can change at any time — please wait until your order is fully processed.
If your order is still incomplete after 24 hours, submit a ticket.
NOTE: If your order qualifies for cancellation, please understand this is not instant — it may take several days or even weeks to fully stop processing as our system is automated, not manual.
